Climate change on Geomatics Day, University of Sherbrooke, Québec, Canada

Albedo Fulldome world premieres the French language version of the fulldome film for planetariums ¨Climate Change – What Future are We Facing¨ at this year’s edition of Geomatics Day, November 18, 2015, organized by the Applied Geomatics Department of the University of Sherbrooke, and CEGGAT APCEGUS (Québec, Canada). 

The event aims to promote the use and usefulness of Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems and wider geography, remote sensing and Geomatics in everyday life. This event is celebrated once a year and this will be the 7th edition of Geomatics Day which will have as the main theme climate change. 

Research on climate change is at the heart of the scientific discussion. Speakers from the Applied Geomatics Department will present their research in relation to climate studies. 
In the afternoon, the students will present their projects. 
Networking is also available thanks to the presence of exhibitors with booths. 
The day will end with a magnificent set of sound and light shows in the dome. 
Admission is free (with the exception of the evening event: $5). You must register online.
